5 yards of lycra sewn into a loop that provides millions of yards of fun! Every adventure program should have at least one lycra tube. The lycra tube can be used for a variety of activities that encourage group processing and debriefing, balance, cooperation and just plain fun. The Lycra Tube comes with an instruction sheet and stuff sack. Additional activities can be found in the book Teamwork & Teamplay.
